Hello. You can get ITP treated from any tertiary set up hospital in delhi. It would be beneficial for you if you visit a hospital which has a blood bank inside. Treatment of ITP depend on medical condition from just medicines to platelet transfusion. If need arises spleen is also removed in many cases.
