Hello and welcome to HCM,
It is possible to have PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome) even after hysterectomy.
PCOS is a condition wherein the ovaries fail to produce follicles and thus ova/ eggs.
Hysterectomy is a procedure wherein the uterus is surgically removed but the ovaries remain intact.
Thus, hysterectomy is unlikely to affect the ovaries.
PCOS has to be managed in the same manner as it was managed before hysterectomy.
Thus, consult your gynecologist for management of the condition.

Thanks and take care
