my girlfriend has found a sore inside of her vagina after we had sex but she has the birth control implant and she bleeds everytime we have sex and every since we had sex last time my penis is tingling and also she urinated and she claim it burned please help

Symptom is suggestive of PID (pelvic inflammatory disease).
Please both of you consult a doctor.
Doctor would prescribe a antibiotic for both of you.
