Hello and welcome to HCM,
Bartholinitis is inflammation of Bartholins gland.
Inflammation of Bartholins gland can be caused by various infective agents.
STDs are usually not the cause of inflammation.
The inflammation is usually caused by blockage of duct of Bartholins gland and thus stasis and infection.
The definitive treatment for recurrent inflammation is deroofing of the Bartholins gland swelling and antibiotic therapy.
I suggest you to consult your gynecologist for clinical assessment and thus appropriate management.

Thanks and take care
