Thanks for asking in Healthcaremagic forum

In short: Mosquito bites will subside on its own

Explanation: I am not convinced by your serious mosquito bite. In chidren it may cause redness and swelling, but it will subside by itself after 2-3 days. If there is severe inflammation mometasone cream may help but nystatin not required.
Any ways, show it to a local doctor and get his advise before using any cream for local application.
Good luck.

General & Family Physician Dr. Michelle Gibson James's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

You can use the mometasone cream. This would reduce the inflammatory response to the bites and may help to reduce the itching.

Nystatin is an antifungal and would only help in fungal infection.

It is possible that the bites may become infected by bacteria , if this occurs then she would need an antibiotic.

It would be best for her to have a mosquito repellent to prevent any other bites.

I hope this helps
