Can Mirena Cause Rusty Bleeding?
i have had the mirena now for 6 months back in february i had anxiety attacks never had this before i got the mirena. I havnt had a period or cramps since I have been on mirena up until now. Now im having a rust color bleeding have had it off and on for two weeks and the mirena strings feel shorter should i call my gyn?

The spotting is expected while on Mirena. If you do not have any concerning symptoms like pain, then there is no need to follow up with ObGyn at this point.
