Can Metoprolol, Torsemide, Eliquis And Zantac Be Taken Together?
I take both heart medications 1. Diltiazem Hydrochloride Er Capsule 120mg 1x D pm 2. Metoprolol ER 100mg tab x1 D AM. and Torsemide I also take blood thinner Eliquis 5 mg 2x D and Torsemide 20mg x1 D AM (Diuretic) Will any of these be effected by Zantac 150mg Cool Mint tab 2-3 x D?

Based on the history you have shared, yes, Zantac can be taken together, however, Diltiazem and Metoprolol taken together can cause slow heart rate so better be reviewed by a cardiologist for indication of taking both in your case.
