Hi,
Tolperisone is a centrally acting muscle relaxants. It is used at doses of 15-450 mg per day. it can be taken along with diclofenac potassium.
You may take tolperisone 50 thrice a day and diclofenac potassium twice a day to avoid gastric related complications of diclofenac.
Neither of them is close enough to the class of diazepam and hence are less likely to cause allergic reactions.
Hope this helped.
