Hello dear,I understand your concern. In my opinion there is every chance of pregnancy if semen is ejaculated inside the vagina during the fertile period. The ipill is effective in 95% of cases if taken within 72 hours of unprotected sex.It has effects on timing and amount of bleeding of coming period ie.,the period might come early or late than predicted and bleeding can be lighter or heavier. So the ipill is restricted only for emergency situations but not for regular use.Because regular use leads to irregular heavy bleeding which is life threatening sometimes.Practice safe sex with condom. If the period is delayed then do a urine pregnancy test a week after missed period.
