Can I Expect Normal Delivery While Blood Pressure Is Elevated?

hi during my 4th and 5th month of pregnancy i had gained 10kgs in 2 months....becuz my mother is diabetic i was told it was because of gestational diabetes....my GCT was 166....after this i was put on a sugar restricted diet because of which my weight was controlled...now in my ninth month i have developed slightly high blood pressure..my baby size is also healthy...can i expect normal delivery?

Ok. i think i have understood your concern.
your rise in blood pressure is commonly known as PIH i.e. Pregnancy induced hypertension.
It can be controlled in the tune of 130/ 90 mm of mercury with anti hypertensive medicines that are safe in pregnancy.
Per say it is not a condition where you will not be allowed to go in labor pain process.
If no other problematic issues regards your health or baby arise you can have normal delivery.
