Can I Be Pregnant Even Though My IUD Strings Were Visible?
I had iud placed two weeks ago and been spotting ever since. Today ultrasound was done and was told the iud had moved to my uterine wall. Went to Obgyn and strings were still noticeable, had it removed. Can I be pregnant even though my strings were visable?

Pregnancy is not possible. Misplaced IUD still serve its purpose and it is removed to avoid complications related to misplacement. You can go for urine pregnancy test in case of missed periods.
