hi g s kanchan
i dont mean to be rude
but getting and adding anti diabetic medications on basis of just one set of sugars is not a good idea
it takes a long followup to get a good prescription

personally i think your levels are fine
and you dont need to add a medicine
its better to have a slightly high sugar
than take the risk of developing hypoglycemia
so stick to what u r on
and even that opinion may vary
i prefer to give my patients a good safety margin from hypoglycemia
others go for a stricter control
and afford the risk of hypoglycemia

get HbA1c, kft, tsh and lipid profile
let us know the reports
stck to a diabetic diet

best of luck
