Can HIV Be Caused Through A Cut On The Chin While Having Oral Sex?

I am in a terrible state

I gave oral sex to a sex worker 14 days ago and I had a cut on my chin from shaving

I had RNA PCR trst and HIV 1+2 at 72 hours, both negative but i know not reliable

I just went back today to test again and am beside myself

Detailed explanation,
1. You mentioned that you had sex with social worker and you had cut on the chinafter shaving
2. The test just after 72hrs is not at all reliable infact no test is there to find hiv in just 72 hours of risk exposure
3. Kindly do RNA polymerase test at 21st day which is very reliable
4. As you have cut but she does not have any open injury or cut surfaces on the skin the hiv can't spread from her skin to you except that she also had cut on the skin. So don't worry
