Can Duphaston Help In Restarting Periods During Lactation?
i had cesarean 1 year b4 and still have no period nd m giving lactation to my son i want to get pregnent agn with lactating kid so tht i may continue lactation.... doctor asked me to get back period 1st wid duphaston... tell dosage n guide further b4 marriage i had problem of missed periods for many months..

I understand your concern. When you are lactating continuously the prolactin hormone will be elevated and that inhibits ovarian follicular development and ovulation.Without ovulation you cannot conceive.Hence you can slowly wean lactation and your menses will resume if your hormonal status are normal.
You cannot continue lactation and become pregnant simultaneously.
