Hello all, I m a 22 year old female.I ve been seeing the same person for the better part of 8 months now,and our sex life has been relatively problem free.However,last night I noticed a change in the taste of his semen,followed by a burning in my throat I can only compare to heartburn shortly thereafter. I went to the bathroom and rinsed my mouth with peroxide and drank quite a bit of water before going to bed. Woke up this morning with a scratchy throat. Now my obvious question is...is this normal? He mentioned not having drank any water at all the last couple days.Just beer,Dr.Pepper,and Monster energy drinks.I m assuming maybe the levels of acidity changed and caused the burning,but that s just a hunch.Especially because this hasn t happened to me before with him,or ever (that I can recall).
