I have a problem with bumps that show up on my face. The are not pimples as there is no puss just a clear liquid. They are painful and thus I try to drain them. I try acne cream to dry them up. Not work. I try squeezing the liquid out which is only short term as they fill up again quickly. This also leaves my skin red then the top layer of skin peels that now leaves a sore that doesn t want to heal. The sore now is still leaking out the liquid which crusts on top and is ugly and embarrassing. I tried pro active for years but lately it seems to strong. I am only using Aveeno was to cleanse and bar soap which is goat milk. I also have used alcohol and peroxide on the spots to hopefully disinfect and dry them up. I can start with one get it almost cleared up then another will appear. these are on my chin area and close to bottom lip. I am 65 and have had skin problems my entire life. For short periods I seem to have it clear then boom its hits with vengeance. I also have a problem with facial hair that I pluck out I wont shave them or use strong chemicals.
