My girlfriend off 14 yr developed a nickel size patch of opaque tiny flat bumps on one side of f
butt cheek. It is day two, and it is bigger,son blisters,others little diversity tight grouped disks. She has been tired sore sleepy, and the crook of that let aches

Hi

From your description, it looks like your friend has developed some form of a herpes infection.

Development of fluid filled lesions which are grouped and are associated with pain and discomfort point towards a viral cause.
I am afraid that you need to get her checked as soon as possible.
You can also click some pictures of the skin lesions and consult me or any other dermatologist on this forum .
If possible you can see a nearby doctor for the same.

For the mean time, do not touch the lesions too much. Do not scratch them.
