Bump On Lip And Penis With Red Patches Along With Itching In Shaft After Oral Sex. What Is It?

Hello, I'm 18and have had no sexual contact whatsoever until a few months ago. I gave oral sex to a girl I just met and i just found out is a little out there. I got a bump on my lip that never busted and looked to be flat inside my skin. I got a culture test and the results came back negative. Over he next few weeks though I developed a small pimple like bu,p on me penis and a red patch also. 2 weeks after that I develowped a bump that is flat raised and dark on the area where my crown and shaft meet . Now 3 weeks after these bumps the underside of my shaft is itching. What could this be

The symptoms you describe sound like herpes genitalis and labialis to me. Consult a dermatologist / venereologist and get the required course of antivirals like acyclovir.
