Bump on forehead, feels like a vein popping out, severe migraine on pressing. Treatment?
I have a bump on my forehead . it s small not really visible. if i apply pleasure to it, it causes a bad migraine to come on. when i release the pain lingers for a little bit then passes. I do get migraine often and typically have a slight head ache when I do not have a migraine... What could cause the bump? it s long maybe it s actually a vein sticking up...(I have had no head trauma recently)

Its most probably a small abscess which is leading to this lump and also pain on pressing it. It may settle down by self in 5-7 days but may need antibiotic if the problem persists.
