Hi, About a week a go I fell down some stairs and landed on both knees and outstretched arms. I was sore and had some bruises but was Ok. I did get checked by a doctor and x-rays were taken of my ankle and knees. I have had some sorness in both shoulders but yesterday I started having extreme pain in my left shoulder but only when I move it in certain directions, otherwise it is sore but not unbearable. I have not done anything else that would cause this pain.Today I cannot raise my arm over my head nor can I reach behind my back. could this be a result of the fall? It seems like a long time to get a reaction. Just wondering if an injury could take this long to surface or could it be something else. I will get it checked anyway when I return to my town from this vacation.
