Hi,
Your symptoms are not typical of an early pregnancy; they could be premenstrual as well. The chances of pregnancy are very little. In view of the past history, you should definitely exclude/confirm pregnancy through a serum beta-hCG estimation now or wait for your period and go for a HPT 3-7 days later if you miss it. The incidence of failure of a tubal ligation increases as the duration form the procedure increases; yet it is very little. Hope your query has been clarified. Take care.
