Both Ovaries With Small Subcapsular Follicles. Taking Metformin. Any Chance Of Getting Pregnant?
HELLO YOUR ULTRASOUND SHOWS MULTIPLE SMALL FOLLICLES IN BOTH OVARIES WHICH IS SUGGESTIVE OF POLY CYSTIC OVARIES. A DOMINANT FOLLICLE ON THE RIGHT OF 18MM IS A GOOD PROGNOSTIC INDICATOR FOR AN IMPENDING OVULATION. TIMED INTERCOURSE AROUND OVULATION IS LIKELY TO RESULT IN PREGNANCY. METFORMIN IS OF CONSIDEABLE USE IN PATIENTS WITH PCOS FOR INDUCING OVULATION.
