General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM.

Thank you for your query.

I have gone through your blood reports, and I shall comment on only the abnormal parameters, and leave all the rest, which are within normal limits.

1. Bilirubin--1.5mg/dl : A raised bilirubin level indicates conditions like-- liver diseases or disorders, conditions of the bile duct (usually obstruction), hepatitis, etc.

2. ESR----
1ST Hr---34mm
2nd Hr--60mm
mean value--32mm : A raised ESR indicates some inflammation in the body. This investigation does not provide clues on where exactly the inflammation is present

As we know something could be wrong with the liver or the bile duct, and the ESR indicates the presence of inflammation, we should look into the liver. Please request for an ultrasound of the liver along with blood analysis of AST and ALT. These should provide a confirmation, and the doctor can work towards a particular diagnosis from there on.

In the meantime, please refrain from meat, dairy products and fatty/oily/fried food which can irritate the liver and/or bile duct.

I hope I have succeeded in providing the information you were looking for. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications. I would gladly help you.

Best wishes.
