82.3 c, this is a misprint so at this we can't imagine about the temp ( high)
Normally the temp of a human is 37.c or 98.4 f so above mentioned temp is not possible so we are presuming that you have a high temp (
fever) with blood in urine.
It is not necessary that there are
kidney infection or urine infection.
The reason of temp may be
malaria or any other reason of fever
High ( very ) fever sometimes causes bleeding in small blood vessels that's why there was
hematuria ( blood in urine ).
So please once again get in blood examination for blood urea, C B C, MP ( malarial parasites) .
One another reason for blood in urine without infection might be due to renal calculus ( stone in renal area).
Sometimes urine culture gives correct report about infection otherwise a simple examination can't reveal any infection.
