Hi ! Very high temperature with white cells and blood in your urine (while you are not having periods) signifies that you have got urinary tract infection. Your urine should be sent for culture and sensitivity and appropriate antibiotics should be started. If this does not cure the condition, then only I would advise for a cystoscopy in case of bleeding in urine. I would advise you to seek the opinion of your doctor for review. Do not get apprehensive on this. Take care.

Hi, thanks for the query to H.C.M.
82.3 c, this is a misprint so at this we can't imagine about the temp ( high)
Normally the temp of a human is 37.c or 98.4 f so above mentioned temp is not possible so we are presuming that you have a high temp ( fever) with blood in urine.
It is not necessary that there are kidney infection or urine infection.
The reason of temp may be malaria or any other reason of fever
High ( very ) fever sometimes causes bleeding in small blood vessels that's why there was hematuria ( blood in urine ).
So please once again get in blood examination for blood urea, C B C, MP ( malarial parasites) .
One another reason for blood in urine without infection might be due to renal calculus ( stone in renal area).
Sometimes urine culture gives correct report about infection otherwise a simple examination can't reveal any infection.
Good luck Dr. HET

Hi and welcome to HCM.
Why are you so scared? blood in urine isnt something serious and uncommon. This isnt sign of excesive bleeding. This is minor bleeding from ureter or kidneys and you cant bleed out from it. It is usually caused by urinary infection or kidney stones. YOu should do ultrasiunds and cystoscopy to see is there some pathology and then it can be treated on the right way. As i said most caused are benign but also some serious disorders should be ruled out. Wish you good health.
