Black Spot On Tongue. Taking Penicillin, Chlorohexidine. What Is This Condition Called?

I have one black spot on the left side of my tongue, I've been taking penicillin vk.
I was taking Chlorohexidine a few days before the penicillin. I got a mouth infection about 10 days ago.
The black dot on the front side of my tongue appeared this morning.
What type of conditions can this be ?
I just took a picture of it with my phone.

Hello,
Black spot on tongue can be a type of aphthous ulcer.
Floss your tongue with tongue scrapers.
Take plenty of fluids and nutritious rich diet.
Please do visit a dentist and get a clinical evaluation done.
Vitamin becosules,c,iron and folic acid tablets has to be administered.
Avoid stressful jobs.
Rinse your mouth after every meals.
Apply topical steroids after consulting with your dentist.
