Big Bump Under The Toe Which Only Hurts When Pressed. Has A Dark Colour In The Middle. What Could It Be?

Hi,
My son is 13 and just showed me the skin on his foot...its under his big toe and the second toe...its thick and bumpy like blisters but its not a blister its a pretty good size spot he says it doesnt hurt unless you press on it and there is a small circle that looks like it is open a little and it has a dark color in the middle what could this be? My first thought was a callus because its a hard spot

I can understand the problem of your son ,the chances of trauma is very likely, if not then it may be a some kind of boil, just wait and watch is the best strategy, if it is painful then the analgesic drug can be tried and I think the Ibuprofen is the best drug 400 mg twice a day, this will come around, have nice day.
