Biceps Brachii Muscle Pain, Stretching Hurts. How Long To Heal?

hi i beleave my Biceps Brachii Muscle Long head is the point of my pain in my upper inner arm
i have been iceing it, resting it and doing some light streches,

how long does it take on avg for the Biceps long head to heal??
and is there anything else i can do to help it along??

i have already been to the doctors and they are no help
also i am 28 years old male

thanks for your query
as per your complain you have complain you have pain in bicips muscle.
it will take 3 weeks for complete recovery
till that time follow the following-
-rest the affected arm
-take analgesics for pain
-avoid exercise which aggravate the pain
have few lab inestigation done to rule out other problems
-heamoglobin
-x ray of that arm with shoulder joint
