Being On Heart Medicines And Having Dentures, Why Does My Mother S Mouth Taste Sour All The Time?

My mother in law has a constant sour taste in her mouth. Everything she eats tastes bad, and today she even threw up because the bad taste of the food make her sick to her stomach. She has upper and lower dentures. takes heart meds and a few other pills.

Sour taste in her mouth is a common complaint and can be due to a variety of cause:
gum disease(she need to brush her teeth twice a day and use tongue scraper to remove the bacteria and debris collected in her tongue)
not drinking enough water (increase her water intake)
drug used to treat high blood pressure(captopril)
If she rule out all these possible causes and still have that taste ,it might be worthwhile to consult with a doctor.
