Bad Headaches And Neck Pain Can Be Due To Thyroid Tumor Or Swollen Nodes?

Have a thyroid tumor but not sure its related. I have intermittent swollen nodes by where the Adams apple would be. I'm not sick. The front of my neck aches but worse on one side more. It does not hurt every day. When it does its constant. I get bad headaches when my my front neck hurts.

unless u have neck examination done. No one will be able to comment. we have to see if the swelling is mobile or is fixed. also need to look how fast it grew. Need to look for any disease which caused enlargement of such nodes. is there any nodes else where in body that have enlarged..
Many questions need an answer. please Visit ENT surgeon or some Physician or Surgeon.
