Back Pain, Numb Feet And Lower Parts, Painful. X Ray Shows Mild Muscle Spasms. Cure For Symptoms?

Hello, my name is Laylaa West. I am 27 years old and I am having problems with my back. X-rays taken about 2 months ago showes signs of straightening due to mild muscle spasms. I feel that it is getting worse and nerves are being pinched. I feel very uncomfortable and my back feels very straight. last night, my feet and lower parts of my legs "fell asleep". It hurt very badly and I was very scared.

Hello Laylaa,
Thanks for writing in.
You have said that X rays of your back showed straightening indicating muscle spasm.
Further you had discomfort and pain in your legs.
I would suggest that you get examined by an orthopedic surgeon and if they think appropriate, please get a MRI scan of your lower back. This will confirm any nerve root compression.
Hope this helps.
