Back Pain, Loose Stools With Little Bleeding. History Of Purposeful Overdoses Of Medication Due To Mental Disturbances. Help

hi I have a history of purposeful overdoses and in the last few weeks have been experiencing a lot of back pain very loose explosive bowels and a small amount of bleeding from my back passage I keep complaining to my doctor but because of my mental health problems they ignore me and think its the boy who cried wolf do you have any suggestions

I havw gone through your available history. You have not mentioned which drug you have taken in excess.
Your symptoms might be because of side effects of drug overdose or it may be bowel infection .

You should go for stool examination to find out whether any infecive or protozoal infection is present or not.

You should consult your doctor as soon as possible to determine the extent of symptoms of drug overdose also. Treatment would be directed as per cause.
