Back pain, below right shoulder, pain in elbow joint. Reason?

my upper back is in moderate to sever pain... it always was sore before but keeps getting worse. it feels like its mainly below my right shoulder . it really hurts when i take a deep breath or lay on my back. feels like a bulge kind of. my right elboe gets sore every so often n when i ark wrestle or lift i get a severe sharp stabbing pain in my elbow joint tht last for hours. i get cramps in my back and sides all the time.

Whats your occupation? Do you have a good posture. Your symptoms looks like you have a slouched posture with a rounded shoulder.
If so. Work out over the postural muscles. Must meet a Musculoskeletal Therapist.
