hello Dr, my son is 7 months old, he got cold a month ago started with running nose and in a couple of weeks he was ok. he was under medication of alex drops 0.2 ml once in day time and atarax drops 20 drops before bed. but now he has cough and cold in the lungs. i can hear the sound from his lungs. i gave him steam but still it is getting worser. again nose block started. in the night he is sleeping properly. can u pls help him out.
