Baby Has Fever, But Hands Feel Very Cold. Vomits After Feeding Sometimes. Reason?

my 19 week baby has fever but her hands feel very cold , she hasnt been sleeping well because of her fever. I dont know wether she is teething , or something else. She throws up at times after feeding. I really dont know what is wrong and i cant get enough sleep but just watch her even when i feel really tired because i m always thinking something might go really wrong.

Fever in this age group (I hope you noted the temperature with a thermometer) with cold hands and feet indicate dangerous conditions. your baby is having another danger sign that is vomiting.
