Are Vitamin B Injections Helpful In Treating Anaemia?

Good Day, Doctors! I have just been diagnosed with "Pernicious Anaemia" and I have been prescribed injections of Vitamin B, the first of which I have just had. However, despite the diagnosis, I feel terrific. I am 71 years of age tomorrow, and whereas I used to get very tired and sleepy during the day (for a few years latterly) I am now feeling terrific (Thank God) (and my Doctor!!) and do not feel tired, working at least five days a week and loving it, non-manual. My only previous medical points of interest are: one stent, four years ago, recurring UTI (4 x times over a period of 8 months, and then a hernia operation. My UTI, incidentally, has not recurred since my hernia op 3 months ago and the "flow" of urine etc., is perfect - as good as ever and much, much, better that prior to the UTI problem. My apologies from "rambling on" (Irish affliction!!!) - my question is - do you consider that, despite the fact that I feel terrific at present, the Vitamin B injections are the way to go for my anaemia. One last thing, I sleep very very soundly, but I waken as though I had been knocked out! Is that good or bad? Thank you, renewed apologies for verbosity! Your service is great, thank you. Éamonn.

Dear Eamonn your doctor has prescribed you the perfect & THE thing which will definitly going to help you crrect your anemia & make you feel better. There is no other treatment than of vit b12 administration .
& the second symptom you are feeling might be psychological so dont think much about that , you are going to be fine in few days so continue with the injections.
