Are There Any Chances Of Pregnancy Without The Actual Intercourse?

I fell skiing last week very hard onto my left thigh. All of my falling body weight landed on my leg on a hard handrail in the terrain park. The pain was so bad that I could barely walk the next day. I expected a big bruise but I never showed more than a very very small bit of yellow. 5 days later I can walk better but the entire muscle is still very sore. What is my expected healing time and is it normal to not have a bruise when the impact was so severe?

Welcome to HCM.
Severe pain indicates muscle and soft tissue injury due to whole body weight on that leg.
Apply ice 3 to 5 times a day.
Start nsaid with serratiopeptidase.
Intra muscular injection of nsaid is advisable to subside severe pain.
Avoid extra weight bearing and movement on that leg.
It will subside within next 10 to 15 days with medications.
Consult orthopedician for proper diagnosis and medications.
