General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* Sorry to say but there is no cheaper alternative for Remicade (a monoclonal antibody ) to treat Crohn`s disease in India.
* You have to manage advance extra doses of the drug with you from the US itself before arriving India.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
