Hi. I am 25 years old and almost 7 weeks pregnant. i was just diagnosed with a left corpus luteal cyst 6.8 cm and 1.8cm subchorionic hematoma. how concerning are those to my pregnancy? i had some spotting for a couple of days last week and no more now.

Hello dear thanks for trusting health care magic.
It is though serious but if the fetal heart is fine then you can have full bed rest and support the pregnancy with progesterone so as to help it grow properly.
Get a repeat scan after 2 weeks.
All the best.
