Are My Cholesterol Levels Normal ? If Not How Can I Solve It ?

My S.cholesterol is 212mg/dl and HDL is 29mg/dl also LDL is 89mg/dl.Any problem for this?if it is any problem ,how i can solve it?please give repaly

What is your age,weight,height..?
Your s.cholesterol 212 is called border line high.it should be below 200.
Your LDL level is in normal range.your HDL level is not correct it should be more than 40.for that no need to start medicines.but you have to change your life style.
Regular exercise,Cycling,swimming,fat and oil free diet.take more fruits and vegetable soups,salads.
Repeat your lipid profile after 3 months.if no improvement than consult physician for medical management.
