Are My Blood Test Results Cause For Concern?

I recently got back blood tests can you please explain this my WBC is 12.4 x10^9/L my RBC is 4.68 x10^12/L and my platelets are 403 x10^9/L. These 3 areas are highlighted and it says i need to go for further tests are these results something to worry about?

Thanks for asking.
Based on your clinical history and query, my opinion is as follows:
1. WBC is mildly elevated and could indicate possible infection, if you have fever. Even exercise, or mild injury could elevate it.
2. RBC count is on the lower side, indicating possible anemia. Correlation with other red cell indices in blood test is essential. Could be blood loss anemia.
3. Platelets are within normal limits. Some labs may have 4 lakhs as cutoff, so yours might be highlighted.
