Hi
Dr. Purushottam welcomes you to HCM virtual clinic.
I have gone through your query.
I think I have understood your concern, I will try to suggest you the best possible treatment options.
Let's be clear about the fact that PCOS is life style disorder.
I will suggest you -
1] Tab METFORMIN SR 500 mg 2 times a day. for next 90 days.
2] Indulge in regular exercise regimen.20 to 30 minutes walk/jog/run/cycling.And 20 minutes resistance training.
3] Diet modification - include more fruits and vegetables, salads in diet.
4] Avoid deep fried and junk foods, refined sugars, bakery items.
5]Drink 2-3 litres of water.
This will help you to get good results from medical line of treatment.
As far as your husband's treatment is considered, well , I need to know his semen reports, but he can continue with the present treatment.
Please try to have sex act at least on alternate days from day 10 to 20 of the cycle, as these are fertile days.
*You can get Hystrosalpingography test done after next menses to know patency of the tubes.
*A test called ovualtion study can be done at USG clinic to know dates of ovulation.
These 2 tests will also help you achieve your dream of pregnancy.
I hope my answer helps you.
Thanks.
