Are Left Side Chest Pain And Arm Pain Signs Of Heart Attack?

Late last night at 02 AM I felt pain in left side of chest & left arm slightly above elbow without any Shortness of breath, cold sweat, nausea, or lightheartedness,
The pain subsided after half an hour taking SORBITRATE
Is THIS a sign of heart attack?

Yes, all these are more suggestive of heart disease like coronary heart disease (CHD).
Left sided chest pain with arm pain, at mid night and relieved by sorbitrate are characteristic features of anginal pain.
So immediately consult doctor and get done
1. Blood pressure monitoring
2. Ecg
3. 2 d echo
4. Coronary angiography if required.
Quit smoking if you are smoker.
Don't wait at home, check yourself for heart diseases because this can be life threatening if not treated promptly.
