Can you have a heart attack with no chest pain only have left arm pain? I have been experiencing moderate left arm pain that comes and goes. it only last 5 to 10 min. but nothing releives it or makes it worse except if i lean (or sit) forward it does make it worse. but I can move it and bend it and it does not hurt more.
