Are Late Periods, Cramps And Tender Breasts Signs Of Pregnancy?

i am 18 and had sex on the 6th of this month and i am 6 days late ive had slight random cramps for the last few days, tender breasts. i have taken a home pregnancy test and it was negative, i dont get nausea or anything else, i do have a hormonal imbalance which could also be a reason im late but i am pregnant?

After going through your query i will suggest you to get urine pregnancy test done,with morning's first sample of urine; it will mostly confirm your pregnancy. Since you have stated about hormone problem, you might have delayed conception.
You can get Beta HCG blood test done after 5 days if you don't get periods.
Other possibility is that your breast tenderness may be due to premenstrual syndrome, which you can treat with Long acting vitamin B6, evening primerose oil capsule and proper healthy diet and exercise. In such case breast tenderness will disappear once you start your periods.
