Are Cramps,spotting And Pain Around Nipple Signs Of Pregnancy?

I currently am on the Depo and just got my shot on the 31 I was suppose to get it on the 17 cause that was the first day in my window. I had sex in between . But I never have cramping or light pink spotting after I get it. And have been having sharpe little pains around my nipple area could I be pregnant ?

Hi,
Thanks for the query.
As you didn't take the deposit shot on expected date, complete protection for that month cannot be expected.
That too as you had intercourse during that period, the possibility of pregnancy is there.
The symptoms you are having could be due to the shot also.
So, you once go for pregnancy test three weeks after the episode of intercourse.
If the test gives negative result, the possibility of pregnancy is less.
You can continue with depo.
And can go for symptomatic treatment if needed.
