Are Cold, Weakness And Stiff Joints Normal While On Hcg Diet?

just started the hcg diet. this is my first day of 500 cal. Is it normal to be cold, weak, shakey, and joint stiffness? I m 32, 5 3, only medical history is soma 2x day for back pain and ambien cr to sleep. will these meds slow down the diet weight loss?

Yes, because the diet is dangerously low in calories with the risk of gallstones, blood clots. I don't worry about the medications, I worry about your health on this diet. Also, how is this diet teaching you to eat healthy so you don't gain it back? No, I recommend a balanced diet with more exercise instead of these quick fix medical miracles that risk your health. The question about will these medications slow down weight loss and the answer to this is that they may slow down the metabolism as they are relaxants and may slow down weight loss.
