Are Anxiety, Psoriasis, Tendinitis And Low Vitamin Levels Related To Hypothyroidism?

I have hypothyroid disease, anxiety and depression, Psorisis, and tendonitis in many joints. I also suffered guvenille arthritis and glandular fever as a child. Blood tests over the years have revealed extremely low vitamin D levels and constantly low B6 and B 12 levels. Iron levels were low a few years ago but have seemed to be fine of recent times. My biggest issue is fatigue. I can sleep for hours and wake tired. My family is constantly telling me that i sleep too much and tire very easily. This has been ongoing for over a decade. I need to work this out. Is it possible that these conditions are all connected???

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It can be a part of hypothyroidism. If symptoms persists better to consult a physician and get evaluated. Avoid unwanted stress and anxiety. Relaxation techniques like yoga and meditation can help a bit.

Hope I have clarified your queries. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
