Are Aching Upper Arms And Fatigue During Physical Activity, A Cause For Concern?

For the last week, I have been experiencing a minor to medium ache in both upper arms during any physical activity (i.e., walking (various levels of intensity), elliptical, etc.). Note, this is NOT sore muscle pain. With this comes an onset of a feeling of fatigue. This aching is bothersome enough that I have had to shorten my gym workouts. I do not experience this aching when I am at rest. What could this be?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Feelings of fatigue can be associated with different things, even though isolated just to workouts. Anemia, depression, liver problems and other more troublesome conditions can have this sign. But I would like to know more about your age, gender, type of job you do and if you have any other condition or take any medicine.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
