Any Thoughts About Bruise On Top Of Foot And Hand Without Trauma?
I found a small dime-sized bruise on the top of my foot yesterday and found an identical one on my hand today. They are the same in size and coloration but do not have the sensitivity of a typical bruise - not sure if that has to do with where they are located (less muscle underneath) or what is causing them. I am fairly certain I did not get hit in either spot to get the bruising. Any thoughts/suggestions?
I am so sorry to hear about this lesions you have reported. it would be difficult to tell for sure what they are without examination. I will suggest that you monitor them over the coming days. If they regress and cause no further concerns, then simply ignore them. However, if new ones should show up or they persist over time,, then seek medical consultation for examination and treatment. a primary care physician would be a good start.
