Any Suggestion For Suffering From Rear Partial Prolapsed Uterus?

I have a twiching cervix - it feels as if something is bubbling up on the end of it and that there is a nerve trapped that makes its twich on a regular intermittent basis. I have had a smear and texts but they have come back clear - the doctor has told me that I have a rear partial prolapse of the womb. Whilst I am waiting for the full appointment it cannot stop me worrying - I have been trying to do pelvic floor exercises, this gives some ease but the problem jus keep returning. What canit be..I am not bleeding and there is no discharge. I am 56 yeears old have had three miscarriages and three live births...

Hello mam, you should keep doing these exercises as it will strengthen you'd pelvic muscles and give temporary relief from symptoms. At the same time avoid heavy weight lifting, constipationand cough. Surgery is the ultimate cure for this condition.
